🤣 Found this illustration I did in Japan (Circa 2009) for one of #Kodansha's monthly #MorningTwo magazine issues. I believe I was chapter 2 or 3 of #PeepoChoo when editorial commissioned all serializing artists to draw a #Penguin for a mini-poster & encouraged us to include at least 1 penguin anywhere in our chapter that month, which was the "Penguin Issue", for some reason I can't recall.
I remembered reading that the male penguins of a particular breed carry their partner's egg between their legs for months to keep it warm until it hatches. In my drawing, the egg has already hatched & poor baby penguin is stuck in Dad's ass. I dunno. L🐧L!
They had a Mad Max car there! Not sure if it was legit or a replica, but whatever. It definitely made for a badass closeup photo of me in this costume.
