Felix Garbage and Uncle Plasma request (August 18th 2021)

Requested by the twitrper for Felix, they couldn't afford a commission and I wanted something to challenge myself for if I could do commissions. This was a test how long a complex illustration with more details than usual would take me and if I could do it for characters I didn't already know/care about.
