I like your "posts I regret" page. I was going to just erase everything that I posted on tumblr up until a certain point to try and get rid of my mistakes, but your idea is much better. I have a lot of sifting through posts I'll have to do, though. :p Oh, yeah, and what's an aspie? :O I apologize for my ignorance.
Thank you! I should really do some updating on that.
And you don’t have to apologize; an Aspie is a person with Asperger’s. (Some Aspies object to saying ‘person with Asperger’s’, because it makes it sound like a disease, for example, instead of part of who they are. But I’m not sure how to work around that when explaining what I mean when I call myself an Aspie; I use the term ‘Aspie’ so I don’t have to use that phrase. Also, it’s an adorable word.)
Aspies are on the autistic spectrum, and are considered to be on the less severe side of the spectrum. ((EDIT: I've been informed that calling Asperger's 'less severe' can be seen as problematic. The only reason I'm not deleting it entirely is because I want to put this on my 'Posts I Regret' page when I get around to sorting it out better. Aspies are, however, on the more privileged end of the spectrum; they're more likely to experience passing privilege, or to be seen as 'acceptable' by neurotypicals.)) Essentially, it just meant my brain works differently than the brains of ‘typical’ people.
