I love Mateus! How have I lived without having a character here? There are people I know and love in every world I play (Goblin and Diabolos especially) but Mateus is something else entirely. I just had an entire conversation, via emotes, with a complete stranger. This is the spontaneous silliness I live for. I cannot express this in text alone, so imagine excited hand flapping to accompany the words.

Anyway, if you play FFXIV on Mateus and feel the need for a pretty ginger Hellsguard to flex her muscles at you, Silky Stoat is your girl.

Took some shots of my main on FF14 in solidarity towards another player on Twitter who got harassed for having a femroe character. The person got called some pretty atrocious names and got told to “play a prettier race”...just UTTER disgusting behavior. :( Plus...the flower crown made me feel pretty, okay? <3

(Funny story, I was loitering at the aetheryte plaza in Limsa when I found another femroe!  Naturally, I rush over there and start emoting at her.  While we stood, facing each other, a tiny Au Ra comes over to us and starts gposing in the space between us.  It was the cutest thing ever.)
