actually waitthinking abt the post u made abt cooking compainions more: i think that the MC of cooking companions is like. a mythical being. not exactly a god but sure as hell aint human. mypersonal belief is that they age very slowly and this have been alive for years, and at the point of the game they're getting close to dying and like. a decade or two away from kicking the bucket. whatever species they are, they can probably control the weather and need human meat to survive, and have been in the cabin for quite a while, killing anyone who enters

i've also seen theories on the protagonist being like the baba yaga since we saw one during their dreams. raspberry (and maybe the other chompettes) did ask the protag if they made the weather like this and from other dialogue, the chompettes and protag do know each other. the protag also never left the cabin during the whole game, i know from one of the endings with karin (one where they like, marry?? or somethin.) they stay in the cabin and never leave there.them being close to dying as well makes sense for their arthritis and uh,, other things i forgot. (listen its 6am i woke up 30min ago)
