Silver didn’t really get the logic of “I WILL RATHER CUT THESE LUSTROUS LOCKS MYSELF THAN ENTRUST SOME STRANGER WITH THIS RESPONSIBILITY”, or why apparently everyone seemed to care so much about his hair, but humoring Ruby meant he could save the money and still have a functional and probably not-stupid haircut (as was the risk with letting, say, Gold do it).
