Everly walks up to the stage, microphone in feeler, as Vivace took out a speaker.
After a while the two of them managed to connect the microphone and the speaker as the Sylveon begun to hum along to the beat.
They didn’t stray too far away from Fern, Blossom, or anyone by the entertainment area.
The Sylveon’s foot taps along as she sung the first lyrics of ‘Last Song’
“You sleep belieeving that you’ll find, one planet in that greeat big univeeerse~ and deep in your mind’s bright eye, a dreamlike world beeeckoons you aloong!”
The first instrumental break happens as she sways along, Vivace now up above, floating and moving in time to the music.
“An empty theme park seems so sad, it blends into the staaarry sky, oh yeah! Tickets dance in a land of lies, remaiiins of a good dream gone so wrooong! Wanna, wanna, wander those dimensional gates now, twisty-wisty visions of an unknown world, how? Could this be the future that I foresaaaw?”
Everly pounces forward, her fairy energy emanating. “Wanna, wanna, wanna, wanna, ‘port right to ya! Gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta smash up space and time!” The tune slows as she took a breath, then moves in time to the music.
“Tracin’ staars, collect them all now! Dot-to-dot right there on my windoo-oow~!”
It speeds up again, as Vivace now had taken an instrument out, a percussion instrument, and began to drum while holding it with Psychic.
“I dash out the dooor and I run like the wind, yeah! I gotta, get to the, next town over, yeah! Better have a caake awatin’ there for me, don’t you daaare let it get too coold~!”
Everly danced around again, as she still sung. “To the next town over, I booooard a twinklin’ star, I’m holdin on, I’m headin’ straight foooor you~! Well some pie sounds nice, and you knooow the best are sweet, oh, so sweet like a memooorrrryyyy!”
“Damn, she’s rocking it…” Vivace muttered.
Once again, an instrumental break, as Everly sways to the rhythm, awaiting the next.
Then it slows, as they took her cue. This seems to be the more longing part of the song. “The planet seems so far awaay, I never can retuuurn to those old days~ there’s a spring in my mind’s eye~ a place of magic built to tiilt and swaaay~”
Then the beat picks up again.
“Tell a fella teleportin’ ain’t enough now, artificial heart official my pulse pounds, how? Could this be exaaactly what I wished fooor? Teleport repeatedly, hope I don’t meeet me, croossin’ through dimensions breakin’ space aand time.” They took a breath in again, and continued, “Misty breath upon my window, and then somewhere a ferris wheel tuuuurnss and buuuurns!”
Vivace drums again.
“I dash out the door and I run like the wind yeah, I gotta, get to the next town over yeah! I don’t have white wings yet, but thaaat won’t matter soon, you know I’m gonna geet my wiish~! To the next town over, I booard a twinklin’ star~ I’m holdin’ on, and taakin’ fliiight wiiith you~!” She begins to sing the last lyrics, “There’ll be so much apple piee that we juuust can’t eat it aaall, what a sweet memory~ sweet dreamy meeemory~!”
Everly takes a bow afterwards. “Hope that was an enjoyable performance?”
