Ingredients: 8 slices of bread. 8 slices of cheddar cheese. 8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy. 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced. 4 tablespoons cream cheese. 4 tablespoons butter, softened.
Instructions: Cover 4 pieces of bread with cream cheese. On the last four slices of bread, put two slices of cheddar cheese each. Place thin slices of crispy bacon and jalapeo on top of the cheese. To make sandwiches, put the bread slices with cream cheese on top of the bacon and jalapeno slices. Put butter on the outside of each sandwich. Set a pan or griddle over medium heat. Start cooking the sandwiches in the pan. Each side should take about 3 to 4 minutes to turn golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

Grill the burger patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until done to preference. Allow a slice of cheese to melt on top of each burger patty. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat while the burger patties cook. Saut the spinach in the pan until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the grill. Place a burger patty with melted cheese on one slice of bread, then top with sauted spinach and another slice of bread. Serve right away and enjoy.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/2 cup whipped cream. 12 maraschino cherries with stems. Cute cupcake liners.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 350F 180C. Add cute cupcake liners to the inside of a muffin tin. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. In a different bowl, beat the sugar and softened butter together until the mixture is fluffy. After adding the vanilla extract, beat in the eggs one at a time. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing them in with the milk every so often. Start with the dry ingredients and end with the milk. Don't mix any further than that. Add the mini chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles slowly. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down. Put a swirl of whipped cream on top of each cupcake after it has cooled. On top of each swirl of whipped cream, put a maraschino cherry. Take your cute cupcakes out and enjoy them! Sweet Treats

Ingredients: 3 large egg whites. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce. 1 cup confectioners' sugar. 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 225F 110C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the egg whites and cream of tartar in a dry, clean bowl. Beat them until soft peaks form. Slowly add the granulated sugar while beating the mixture until stiff, shiny peaks form. The vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce should be added slowly. Sift the confectioners' sugar, almond flour, and salt together in a different bowl. Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the meringue until everything is just mixed. Put the meringue mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped tip. Place small swirls, two to four inches apart, on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put the cookies in an oven that has already been heated for about an hour and a half to two hours, or until they feel dry to the touch. Turn off the oven and let the cookies cool all the way down inside. With care, take the cookies off the parchment paper once they are cool. As a finishing touch, drizzle the cookies with the rest of the salted caramel sauce. Serve these tasty salted caramel meringue cookies and enjoy them!

Instructions: Bake the cake mix according to the package directions, then cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cake. Mix in the strawberry frosting until well combined with the crumbled cake. Place the mixture in small balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick into the centre of each cake ball. Allow the cake balls to freeze for at least 1 hour. Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Immediately dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles. Return the cake pops to the parchment paper to cool until the chocolate hardens. Serve and have fun.

Ingredients: 4 large egg whites. 1 cup superfine sugar. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Red gel food coloring.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 200F 93C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Beat the egg whites on medium speed in a clean, dry bowl until they foam up. Keep beating after adding the cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Slowly add the superfine sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating the mixture. Beat until peaks form that are stiff and shiny. Add the vanilla extract slowly while folding. To make swirls of color, dip a toothpick into the red gel food coloring and then slowly drag it through the meringue mixture. Be careful not to mix too much. Put the meringue mixture into a piping bag that has a decorative tip on it. Place heart-shaped pipes of meringue on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving about an inch of space between each one. After getting the oven ready, put the baking sheet in it and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meringue cookies are dry and can be taken off the parchment paper without much trouble. After the cookies are done, turn off the oven and let them cool down inside. When the cookies are cool enough to touch, carefully remove them from the parchment paper. Enjoy these lovely Valentine meringue cookies!

Ingredients: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup ground pistachios. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 tablespoon honey. Confectioners' sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease madeleine molds. In a bowl, whisk together flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract, melted butter, and honey. Gently fold in the dry ingredient mixture until just combined. Spoon the batter into the madeleine molds, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers spring back when touched. Remove from the oven and let the madeleines cool in the molds for a few minutes. Carefully remove the madeleines from the molds and place them on a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
