“Every time Preston tells me to help a settlement, I kill all the settlers there. When I start Nuka World, I’m removing his essentials tag.”

The Misadventures of Inquisitor Vanto
Episode 4: The Inquisitor Gets a Job- Wranglin’ Halla
Eli meets a Dalish clan camped out in the Dirth and learns that sadly they’ve been affected by the civil war as well. Concerned, he decides not to mark the military supply cache the elves have been using and asks around the clan if there’s anything he can do to help.
Eli meets a young Dalish elf, Lornel, who has heard of the Inquisitionand wants to join. However, he can’t leave his clan until he gets the blessing of his clan’s Keeper. Seeing a young person asking for help activates Eli’s Dad Energy and he decides he will do whatever Lornel’s clan needs to get done including hunting demons and locating the mysterious golden Halla, Hanan’ghilan, the pathfinder.
And so, Eli is off running around the plains, searching for the mythic golden halla.
That feeling when you have to leave your entire party back at the fort while you chase the golden halla back to the Dalish camp because the rest of your teammates are too trigger happy with the fireballs and arrows.
Seriously this is what they did as soon as I stated running towards the Halla- begin the arrow and fireball assault! Even Solas! No matter how many times the inquisitor ran away to pick spindleweed and try and de-aggro the golden halla, these three loveable companions got the fire and arrows out as soon as the fancy deer returned on the horizon. Pure force of chaotic energy, the lot of them! Yes, I know I could adjust gameplay controls but the idiot party AI in this game brings me joy.
Now that Eli has gained the trust of the Keeper, aided the Dalish clan, and invited Lornal to join the inquisition; it’s time he and Solas go find Solas’s spirit friend and rescue her. That will probably go really well. Spoiler alert: it won’t.
If MGO ROs were in an RPG what would their fetch quests be?
OH GOD UMMMM
Freja: Please find my great great great grandmother's long lost sword that killed (insert truly terrifying monster) inside a forest full of very dangerous creatures that no one ever returns from.
Adontis: I need this really really rare plant that is only rumored to exist inside of this super dark and dank cave that you're gonna freeze your ass off going into.
Blake: My maman really needs a few hard to get ingredients for her famous stew, can you please go get them for her? You'll get a bowl or two of this said stew!
Fawn: I lost my third most treasured pelt after a thief stole it. Return it, and I'll give you this really weird potion that I have no idea what it does.
Loche: My sister is sick with an unknown disease. Please find this super rare root so the local witch can brew a possible cure.
Iris/Irien: I really, really want some good pranking stuff. Can you get everything on this list? I'll give you a few coins and some of my weird inventions for them!
This was... harder than it needed to be to think up and probably not entirely accurate because I haven't done some gaming in like 4 or 5 months, but it was pretty fun to do! Thanks for the ask!!!
If ROs were in an RPG what would their fetch quests be?
(I'm assuming you mean what they would send the MC to recieve? For this ask I decided to use actual examples from Skyrim... as I feel that shows the type of quest they would have.)
Side Quests- (All are Daedric quests)
Loreena: The Whispering Door
R: The Mind of Madness
Edmund: Pieces of the Past
Esmé: Discerning the Transmundane
Ayleth: The Only Cure
Cedric: The Break of Dawn
Caspian: Waking Nightmare
Aghadi: Boethiah's Calling
Phenir: A Night to Remember
Revian: Ill Met By Moonlight
Fetch Quest-
They would all ask you to recieve a family heirloom or treasure from a cave or something. That is either guarded by bandits or some other villain. They would never make you do that one quest where you have find a 100 of something because those are awful.

The Free Cheese Episode 414: Platydle
This week on The Free Cheese, who’s that Pokémon? We begin by turning the clocks back one year to see where we were then. We spend some time considering how to remove microtransactions from games and imagine how Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls will play without them. Finally, do we get more excited for a remaster than a sequel?
