I think Cloud would still be very shy at the beginning of their relationship. Like how I draw them in this anon request.

However, I have a headcanon that Cloud gradually becomes bolder and he wants to take the lead sometimes. And Rufus undoubtedly enjoys that a lot.

I suddenly came up with a silly headcanon/scenario for Rucloud so I had to sketch it out immediately 🥺

After officially becoming a couple, Cloud secretly learns to knit so that he can make a scarf for Rufus. Rufus pampers him all the time so he wants to take care of Rufus too.

Maybe the weather is too hot now so I want to imagine Rucloud spending winter time together ❄

Idk why but I suddenly came up with a headcanon: Cloud tends to fall asleep while leaning on Rufus because Rufus makes him feel safe and comfortable.
