The message were sent to two SOLDIER operatives specifically, however, the only thing said within the message is to report to Director Lazard for the mission briefing. As such the young man did just that. Tartaglia like Zack was nothing more than a Third class with the reputation of being rather laid back and extremely relaxed among his peers. “Third class, Tartaglia reporting for duty.” The young SOLDIER spoke up with enthusiasm in his tone of voice.

Did they travel to an alternate universe where Zack survived? Was that a separate timeline? Are they still in the "present"? Did they travel back in time???
