Hey my fellow chronic pain peoples and those who are just stressed!
Remember to:
- Take a deep breath
-relax your shoulders
-stretch your back and body like you just woke up (don’t forget your wrists and ankles)
-unclench your jaw
-take a sip of water
-audibly sigh sometimes. Ahhhhh☝️ Do one to release tension ✌️ and do a second with a smile. Even if it’s fake. It will help reset your brain.
-have a snack
-do something small to make you happy- just cuz
-if you can’t stop clenching your jaw, try a piece of gum. (I say as my teeth wrench apart again *gotta stop doing that*)
-you are worthy, of love and respect
-you deserve to be happy, healthy, and safe.
