So, as you might've seen, I'm working on part 2 of "Only the moon bore witness to his yearning" smut. So far, it looks like it's going to be at 6k words. Unfortunately, I think I might need to split it into two parts.
What's the plan:
I will try finishing part 2 this week.
Then I go back to "Worthy," as the next chapter is supposed to be looooong. And, to be honest, I'd much rather be writing about killing Lorroakan in my current condition than smut. Smut is hard (lol).
And then, I go back to part three of the smut.

Unnecessary explanation as to why splitting (it's a rant, I just need to get it off my chest).
I usually write after work, but the last two weeks were way too busy, resulting in me only being able to write during the weekends. I honestly can't concentrate - my mind just jumps 1000 miles per second between this, gifs, work worries, etc.
I fucking hate myself for it and for being this slow. It was always an issue, but now it's even more prevalent than ever. I've always felt very guilty for being slow when it comes to "Worthy," and now, with writing another thing, the fic gets an even shorter end of the stick.
But again, I write other stuff, make gifs because it all brings me immense joy. And I'm clinging to this feeling of happiness by trying to take on all of it at once because it might flee any second. I just can't do anything about it, my brain is dumb. But it feels very egotistical on my part, too, because I make people wait. And I hate making people wait. So, I'm constantly in a state where I crash out. Fuf.
So, um, I will be updating Love Letters Chapter 5 and Hiding in Plain Sight Chapter 15 before the year ends. After that, I plan to put both fics on hold for Aruani Week.
The hold will be indefinite, but my target is to resume working on the upcoming chapters in mid-January after Aruani Week, hopefully.
