Caregiver Crowley and Aziraphale Head Canons

Aziraphale:

He will instantly become protective if he over hears someone being mean towards his little or at them. It doesn't matter he is a protective Angel and will go off on them... in the most polite way.

He will use nicknames like Little Dove, Little Angel, Dove, etc

Aziraphale will put on calming classical music for his little one to have as white noise

When dealing with carseats he will be very much an "instructions follower" and somehow still mess something up (its okay he will figure it out.. maybe just not right now)

He loves reading littles the most extravagant books he can find in his shop. sometimes he forgets kiddo books exist

If brought a book of your choosing he will make all the silly voices to go with each character!

In or out of little space he will bring his little their favorite drink (very self indulgent with coffee) while he sips his tea!

Crowley:

He is the Rocker demon, he will introduce you to the most indie and out there Rock and punk styles. He has them all on cassette taps specifically for his Bentley.

He loves Queen music and will tell fun stories of going to their concerts and being friends with Freddy Mercury

Nicknames go as follow: Little rascal, little Demon, darling, sweetheart, and Angel!

No matter what he will do literally anything for you. You want to be held? Yep, it doesn't matter you are his baby. You want to go in a car ride? Papa Crowley will drive slower. If requested oh so nicely he will sing you lullabies.

Crowley will teach you the ways of plants, He talks about how you talk to them impacts their growth. Yes he does tell them to "grow better" but he also says that kindness is not his forte and recommend kind words.

He will constantly get treats for you while he is out doing his.. demon duties, what ever that may be (he doesn't work for hell anymore but you know) It can be baby items, diaps, pacis, bottles, or a sweet treat from the coffee shop across the way.

when he is feeling super sweet, he will bake! He does not do this often, but whenever Aziraphale is out getting groceries or has plan a tea time, Crowley will make sweet treats (usually pastries) to have with the tea!

Both:

These two struggle a lot with different parenting. Crowley is stern and Aziraphale just wants to spoil the little baby they have.

Whenever they are on car seat duty, Aziraphale says he got it and then somewhere he gets lost so Crowley jumps in and some how makes it work.. its like.. magic!!

They plan meals ahead of time knowing how busy their baby can be, so it is easier to just have one cook and the other grab whatever the little one needs when home for the evenings.

When their little one is sick, they will panic. Aziraphale is known to look everything up and call the doctor to make sure you are okay. He will make sure that his baby gets the proper treatment!

Crowley immediately goes into nesting mode grabbing all blankies, stuffies, comfort and even a bucket in case little one gets sick and cant make it to the bathroom in time.

They take turns doing bed time, one will come in and do all the nightly duties, bath, pajamas, bed time story, the other prepares a night time bottle of milk or gets a cup of water for the night.

Aziraphale has a whiteboard schedule for who does what when, mainly for Crowley to remember ;)

May I please request headcanons of the group with a little who really loves animals (especially birds, snakes, cats, etc) and is very upset that animals don't like their caregiver. Age can be a toddler since that's probably easiest. Thanks!!

I love animals! However I did my best if you don't like it re-ask!

Pierrot:

Likely tries to convince you the animals are dangerous so he'll take you away from them, what if they bite at you because he scares them?

"Why don't we go play with your stuffed animals? Those ones love everybody!"

Hates seeing you try to reason with the animals knowing it won't work, but he'll encourage you to play with them while he stands at a distance.

Harlequin:

Takes it as a joke and loves to mess with you, he'll hiss at cats and bark at dogs who don't like him!

He does hold you super close through and play with your hair when you get too upset about the fact he hasn't pet a doggo in a long time.

"How about we get some animal crackers? We can start a zoo! I'll put you in your own little section." While ruffling your hair and grabbing the crackers.

Jester:

He's not letting you get close to them. You can play with them when it's someone else's turn to watch you, but for now? No way.

"We can read a book about them instead, the real ones are dirty little one." Isn't a fan of strays. He won't go out of his way to do anything to them if they bite you or something when you get close, but he knows they don't like him, and neither does he.

"Put the snake down!" "Where did you find a opossum?!" You're giving him a heart attack every time you come back with a critter. "No you can't keep it, little one go put it back!"

Ticket Taker:

He knows you and your nature when regressed, he knows how that silly little brain of yours has convinced you to eat dirt, grab a spider, chase a bunny and poke a turtle. He expects it.

He'll occasionally take you out to a creek or field and if you get dirty enough, you can almost hear it- "They're washable... don't freak out- littles are washable..."

One rule, keep the animals away from him, show him at a distance, alright dear? "That's close enough dearest, I can see it! It's beautiful!" He'll call out from over 20 feet away.

Doctor:

He'll explain why animals don't like him, he doesn't mind. He knows it'll help you understand a bit better and make you less upset. Hopefully.

Birds do actually seem to like him, they'll hop on him, poke at him and overall follow. It's a pretty interesting sight!

Has tried to pet many animals for you. Constantly getting bitten or scaring them off. But he'll keep doing it for you, monsters can't get rabies anyways.
