I think that would depend on the age the little regresses to for him! He understands you need different levels of care depending on the age you regress to and that affects what he does! Sorry this took so long, I've been in an angsty writing mood today and wanted this to be fluffy for you guys!
Baby (0-1)
He'll make you a cute little nest of blankets to keep you from rolling over while you sleep
He'll sit next to you while you lay on a play mat he bought you and just like and tickle you, watching you smile and giggle
Loves holding you in his lap to feed you! Especially if you end up falling asleep right as you finish it.
He also loves making new recipes for you that make you feel super tiny! Ie soft foods, homemade ice cream and soup.
Toddler (2-4)
He'll set up different activities for you to do throughout the day and keep you engaged in your games
Nap time is a non-negotiable part of the day, it won't be the same time everyday just whenever he decides you're done for a while.
Usually here is when he'll start keeping rules in place for you, rewarding you with stickers and little pieces of candy when you do really well
He probably does the best with this age range since he can keep up and take a break when you nap. Oh, and he waters down your juice.
Kiddo (5-7)
At the start he doesn't really know how to interact with you at this age but he'll happily read you books, okay board games with you and have conversations about whatever you're interested in.
He shows you how to cook different things and reenacts scenes from your favorite shows with you! Of course you can be the dragon! He'll even make you a mask!
He'll take you out to the park when it's safe for you both to do so, same with going to ice cream shops and even build-a-bear!
"you're NEVER too old for a bedtime story kiddo" but he'll pick a big kid book for you, a chapter book. Even if you fall asleep after a few minutes
Big kid (8+)
Definitely reminds you that even if you aren't AS little as others you're still completely valid, if that's something you struggle with.
He'll tie your shoes and zip your jacket for you even if you insist you're able to do it yourself, royal treatment for his dear.
He limits your screentime but still enjoys playing video games with you when you have screentime.
Anything you like he'll do it with you if you have time, especially crafts or even teaching you some fun circus tricks!
His bribes come in forms of smelly stickers (knows you won't try and eat them?) and plushies if you decide to save up rewards
Extras:
If he knows you wiggle in your sleep and have long hair he'll braid it loosely so you won't get tangles or a headache while you sleep
Crawler? Tree climber? He'll wrap your wrists and ankles in KT tape before you regress (if planned) or after so you don't have sore joints when your back in your big headspace (Jester used to do that for him)
Loves telling you how adorable you are
He'll have MULTIPLE options for communication at all times, paper, white board, markers, even a phone
How they throw a fit, so it's still on the route of being upset but I have a different way I plan to answer this in the future!
Pierrot:
He'll sit and pout. Maybe turn away from his caregiver but he'll never hit or anything.
If whatever caused it makes his VERY upset he might cry and be a bit more vocal about his unhappiness but other than that he'll just need a minute of cuddles and he's fine again. Unless he's overstimulated-
Should sweet boy "throw a fit" due to being overstimulated rather than overwhelmed he'll get super fidgety try taking off all the extra layers from his uniform or whatever he's wearing cause all that fidgeting is making him WAY too warm
Harlequin:
He'll toss things, usually things that are VERY light like stuffies but it's usually only happening if he's been crying for a while.
Tugs at the closest caregivers clothing and is usually loud about being upset/told no. You can try and explain things to him but he'll most likely cry through it and talk over you. Best to let him cry it out then explain. He'll be okay, just supervise.
He's the same as Pierrot when it comes to being overstimulated but also covers his ears until someone can find him some headphones or something to make it more quiet.
Jester: y'all are in for it.
You know by now how he is, absolute bloody murder screaming, sobbing until he's got a horrible head and feels sick.
Does he hit? Yep. Unfortunately Ticket Taker is the one who watches him so he occasionally gets a smack or two to the chest or if Jester is particularly little some hair and clothing tugging.
Once he was in an older headspace, DEAD silent until he just breaks into sobs, scaring Bil who immediately runs over, "little monster what's wro-" "my bones are itchy!" In that 'I don't know whats wrong but it is' toddler type whine despite telling Bil he felt closer to 7.
Ticket Taker:
Silence. Dead silent. He'll ignore everyone and just stomp around for a bit and needing some space.
A good nap is most likely the solution to the problem, he just needs a little assistance in being told to sleep. Otherwise he'll just sit and stay up way longer than he should because why not?
If he can't nap he probably needs a snack and some water, that or he's regressing way younger than he usually does and just doesn't know how to handle it. Best bet, grab Jester immediately.
Doctor:
Quits following people around. He'll go find a nice dark corner to take a break and settle down even if he can feel his throat getting tight and his eyes starting to burn.
Thankfully all monsters are extremely strong so no matter who goes over to him they just scoop the kiddo into their lap and play with his hair, letting him hide his face and cry.
He really does just sit there and wait until someone comes to sit with him while he cries, he's never yelled, never hit, nothing. Just patiently waiting for help to feel better.
I like to think that if Harlequin was a cg, he'd give the best hugs, especially with how many tentacles (or maybe tendrils?) he has. Probably would get the best stuffies too, and would probably get me a sippy cup so I wouldn't spill my apple juice.

Oh absolutely! They're great at giving hugs, helping him keep you in his arms and everything! And who's to say the next saga of TFC agere won't be for their caregiver side 🤔
"Come on little one, just a bit further!" As he's holding your stuffie just out of reach because he knows you like the challenge and when you reach as high as you can he picks you up and lets you finally grab it! "Good job! Such a good little one you got your stuffie!"
Then onto bedtime
Using both arms to hold you and rock you while the tendrils grab anything you need, paci, sippy cup, playing with your hair, all of it.
Alternatively,
He keeps one on the back of your shirt when you run off to go play with something, they're fast and make for a good safety tether just in case. "Too far little one, come back here for a bit or we'll go home."
He's a pretty indecisive baby, that young headspace has him choosing different things every day
Doesn't do the same things every time but if he had to choose one thing, it would cooking with his family
He likes when he can chop veggies or do prep with them despite forgetting what he's doing half the time
Harlequin:
Adventures! He likes exploring the new places they're in, specifically going hiking.
With hiking comes the addition of jumping in puddles, climbing trees, flipping rocks and putting them back, usually sticks as swords and everything else.
However he'll tell you how much he hates it when it's followed up by a shower. Not even a bath! At least he can play in a bath, a shower is just inside rain.
Jester:
Napping. He gets the most peace out of it so if he can just lay in his bed and hold TTs hand so be it.
He'll spend at least 10 minutes making sure his blankets are right before he curls up under them and falls dead asleep.
It's the CUTEST when he wakes up, stretches and just lays in his bed waiting on his daddy to come back while he runs his fingers over the stuffie.
Ticket Taker:
Puzzle books! He likes challenging himself and puzzle books are one of his favorite pass times when he's little.
He also tends to enjoy sodoku a fair amount, if he has someone to check it when he's done and set him up a new puzzle.
He'll go through a puzzle book in about 2 weeks, but don't give him the adult ones, it's too difficult! He's just a little thing even if he says otherwise.
Doctor:
Following people is his favorite. He likes people watching and trailing behind whoever is closest to him.
He likes being able to hand things over when they're needed and if he's always close, then he can always be helpful!
Somehow he is REALLY good at walking quietly so if there's no shadow the rest of the troupe is in for quite a shock when they turn around.

Hey! So I can totally write for how Pierrot interacts and plays but as for MC I can't do much since I don't know everyone's personality 🩷
Pierrot:
Mostly parallel play. Does he love being around you? Absolutely! But he's tiny and doesn't really remember to play WITH someone as much as he does okay next to someone
Should he remember to interact, he'll share anything and everything, toys, games, snacks even his sippy cup he'll offer it.
He'll go along with whatever game you want to play, even if he doesn't really like that game. He wants you to be happy!
Lots of cuddles come nap time, if you don't like hugs and lots of affection he'll be as close as he can while cuddling a stuffie. If you DO like snuggles, he'll have you two build a fort and cuddle the whole nap time!
Speaking of forts- sweet boy loves making castles for you and playing knights! He'll play protector and babble at anyone who comes past.
In that protector role also comes him telling Jester if you need anything on the off chance you just don't want to or aren't able to.
Suuuupeeeeer weepy when it's time for you to go home, usually has to be distracted so you can sneak out of the tent.
Absolutely! He's very clingy to things so he needs something to hold on to at night.
He has the most basic teddy bear you could think of, light brown, lighter face, scraggly fur that probably needs a good washing and it smells- like cotton candy? Oh. Jester sprays it every week. The smell helps him sleep
Named it Boee (Bow (🏹)- E) and he goes everywhere with Pierrot all the time! Except for the bathroom cause Jester says it's yucky, but he gets to sit close for bath time and help Pie wind down for bed.
Harlequin:
Yes he has a stuffed squid. It has tentacles like he does!
It's a dark green with pale blue stars sewn into it and the stars glow in the dark, helping his fear and letting him be brave "like a big boy" despite just being a tiny baby.
It doesn't have a name, he's scared if he names it he'll get too attached and it'll be hard to lose. So no name, could easily be replaced and he'd fall asleep just the same with a new stuffie.
Jester:
100% percent, and it's name is Ticket Taker. It's a really good plushie, it's about 5'9, got horns and plays dress up and even plays with his hair and tells him it's okay to be little and nothing bad will happen while he sleeps!
It's the only thing that can get him to sleep in addition to the pacifiers that said stuffie seems to keep providing.
Best sleep ever. Except for the nightmares.
Ticket Taker:
A stuffed pig! He found it, he cleaned it and it was his. He doesn't understand why he likes it but he does.
It helps him sleep so incredibly well! His hands fit perfectly around it, not too big, not too small. Just right for cuddling.
He keeps it stashed under his pillow when he's not in his bed so that way it won't be taken if something happens.
Doctor:
Has a multitude of bird stuffies that he keeps in his nest, they're his little babies!
He holds them close while he sleeps, loves every one but is constantly renaming them to have new babies without buying more
Whines and pouts when one falls out of his nest, especially if it runs under the bed! What if something hiding under there gets it?
I think I might have a little space, but I worry about how sfw blogs might react to me following them while I try to figure it out. Like, I just found out that blogs don't have separate following and dashboards, so now I feel bad about it :( especially cause I'm still relatively new to Tumblr as a whole

Other than that people don't usually mind as long as your following the blog rules I know I don't mind with my tfc writing seeing as the game is FOR adults as long as no one is leaving comments or any nsfw requests.

Definitely a while, it became much more frequent and an actual thing for him once the circus was led by Jester rather than the old owner.
The first time it ever happened (and he knew) he just kept walking around the circus and even managed to perform. It was after he got his old uniform, the big white one...the sleeves went past his hands and he just felt so adorable and tiny!
No one knew, but he didn't tell them until they were all set free and knew it would be safe to tell at LEAST Jester. He loves his family but wanted to test it with the one who kept them safest.
Harlequin:
He's always been a bit silly, so he just assumed sometimes he drank something and didn't know what happened.
The first time he ever confirmed he regressed, Doctor had tested something on him and given him a sedative only for him to IMMEDIATELY fear the darkness of the tent.
Probably for about 100 years then? That he knows of. All he really confirms to people is sometimes he acts hyper and wants his stuffies and kids toys.
Jester:
July 5th 1925
Remembers the day with terrible detail, the anxiety from work, from the fireworks while they were in the US and trying to stay close to Bil without him knowing.
Eventually he went to doctor who told him it may be the same thing as Pierrot and Harlequin...he got yelled at.
He managed to convince Bil to let him spend the night in his tent. For his comfort.
Ticket Taker:
Is great at keeping records, 1983. Sometime then.
He was watching Star wars return of the Jedi with Harlequin and just started feeling different. Smaller? No happier? He just felt different. And suddenly he was rambling to Harley about EVERYTHING he could!
He slept it off like a dream and woke up confused and unable to really remember half the day.
Doctor:
Definitely the most recent little.
Is he aware he has the most knowledge on it? Yes. It just never really occurred to him though.
Started sometime in 2002, a more accepting time for that stuff and just kinda hung out, unsure really on what he was doing despite being surrounded by littles for the last few hundred years.

Not now, but once she's older (maybe 14?) she'd definitely give it a try after living her whole life as a "monster"
Her mom kept her in a basement, she never really got a sweet childhood so she'd do her best to go back to it and try again.
I can see her as having been super blank (if that makes sense?) as a child and just numb to everything so it's once she realizes her family is safe for her to be little around, if they tell her no to she's upset she's gonna lose it, scream, cry and be pouty all day.
Puppeteer:
You can't leave this puppy around all his puppets and dolls all day and expect him to not regress!
Especially if we're going with IEPFB and he's living with Sadiya who calls him "pup". He loves sleeping in her lap, letting her brush his hair and everything.
They also live in the woods so it helps that he can go find a tree to climb or things to chase and play with! He's also a pretty clumsy little thing, constantly tripping over his own feet and spilling stuff.
Ticci Toby:
He loves watching Ben play his video games and just sitting there watching him until his papa (Hoodie) comes and takes him to bed.
He's got an older headspace (5-8) so he likes being a bit more independent while still being supervised.
Stickers are a wonderful currency for bribes. Specifically shiny or textured ones. But also needs a reminder chart to put the stickers on.
Liu:
He just misses what he used to have with his brother, he wants it back so bad! To sit and play with their toys, to talk and make up situations...
He's a bit fussy but easily calmed after a cup of juice and a small hug or headpats. He needs the cuddles, just let him have them.
Nurse Ann = best momma ever. Loves her soooo much and she makes shots not so scary!
Clockwork:
Honestly she gets scared by her own eye-clock and it pushes her further into little space until the only thing she's doing is sitting and giggling at the mirror because it looks funny
Jane is another GREAT caregiver, super fun and loves watching her baby sit and play with whatever she can get her tiny hands on
Tends to overheat but loves her big green jacket so she'll just giggle and run around in that and a pull up, MAYBE shorts if Jane is lucky.

Ticket Taker:
Completely discovered it by accident. Found her pacifier (one for a baby not a regressor) and panicked thinking she was pregnant. He left it on her pillow with a note that said "talk to me when you can, I love you."
He makes sure to help her regress on Saturdays specifically so they can do their movie nights again. She loves it, he missed it.
However once he actually understood... shopping spree. He went out and bought her stuffies, bought her a sippy cup, SOMEHOW found a proper pacifier for her in a store.
If his kiddo is going through it and needs this, he'll do it and do it RIGHT!
He's not the best at it but he helps style her hair and brushes it out for her when she asks. Sweet girl is constantly falling asleep in her dad's lap when he does.
He LOVES taking her to the park when no one is around, he lets her run, spin, swing and climb on everything. He even managed to keep up and play a few games of tag with her!
Timeouts? Nope, addition. Flashcards she has to practice or counting. He'll do it with her but he knows that's more effective on her little kiddo brain. But then immediately feels bad and gives her candy for everything she answers right.
He's a softie, and he can't help it! He has his baby girl back and he just adores her so so very much he'll do anything she asks! Paint his nails? "Of course Coco" make-up? "Just don't stab my eye okay sweetie?"
He'll read her bedtime stories when she's little (and when she isn't) and go she's not asleep after 3 of them? Well...one more won't hurt will it? Okay- 5 books in, its bedtime. But those sweet little eyes! "One more."

Hun I love you and you asks but I'm not too sure how to answer this one. I also do agree with the idea that yes the circus members have been abused but seeing their past together I just can't keep agreeing they'd abuse each other.
While Ticket Taker in the game DID indeed tell Pierrot not to talk, he does know the rules and TT wasn't really being abusive just strict (imo) Harlequin also DID upset Pierrot but if anything Pierrot kinda abused him by stabbing him multiple times if that makes sense?
I do apologize but I'm just not really sure how to write this. I guess I should also update my boundaries post and if anyone is thinking this is a contradiction to when I said "I'd do anything" it is. I highly agree I messed up because I wasn't thinking too much into it at the time other than the basic nothing sexual.

First time? Baby was STRESSING the whole day not knowing why his control on the fools was slipping away from him. Genuinely thought he was dying from Harlequins cooking and that was why.
A telltale sign he's on the edge of slipping, he refuses to eat ANYTHING because the pre-agere anxiety has him feeling like he's gonna be sick
Unfortunately little one is a bit violent, whether it's towards himself or Ticket Taker. It's it's towards himself it's best to expect hair pulling and scratching, towards Bil? Biting. It's how he used to break free from people as a child and when the circus first started. It's a bad habit slowly being corrected.
Has to have pool noodles put on the back of his horns because he gets overstimulated by them existing and tries breaking them off by hitting them against things like a goat.
Slightly funny depending on how you look at it, has tried hitting Pierrot with his horns while in an older headspace because he felt like he needed to challenge Pierrot for control
Almost constantly dehydrated from crying. Seriously it's bad, he doesn't drink enough water anyway but combine it with sobbing for hours on end? Doctor has had to step in and sedate him multiple times just to give him water/saline through an IV.
He's not a runner, definitely a hider. Under the bed, in the closet, under a blanket or even once up in a tree.
Has to be reassured it's okay to play with toys, he doesn't think he deserves them half of the time since he wasn't allowed to have anything nice as a child or under the old circus owners control.
His true fear of regressing? He was the only one around when he caught Columbina doing it and watched what happened to her. He tried to stop the ringleader he really did! But she didn't get to enjoy her regression, so why does he? It's bad! He's not allowed to! Of course Pierrot and everyone else can be littles, they deserve to! But he doesn't, he'll lose control, won't be able to save them if something happens...
As much as he'd never admit it, he stands over some of the others while they sleep if he's alone and little because he has to reassure himself they're okay. That they're alive.
Following that, the reason he can do that is because he's learned to be a silent cryer, to not show something is wrong with him. He knows it just causes problems and he won't allow it.
Dang, y'all almost got Jesters first time regressing ever but I caught it. You don't get that yet. That will be lets say a 50 follower special? Idk but you haven't unlocked it yet darlings. Sorry!
