the number is going down down down... what is happening?? I have no fucking time to go the gym because I’m having exam weeks and spend all my day learning and preparing presentations and projects, and I’m still dropping pounds.
(also I finally found a gyno to check me over in the town I live. It’s been over a year... My appointment is in two weeks, so let’s see how my blood results are O_O)
Getting back on track!
Gonna restart healthy eating, exercise and just helping my PCOS symptoms in general. I also start my new job tomorrow and I need to be more positive!
I've managed to lose a pound in a week! Fuck yeah :D

Down, down, downward the scale goes.
Up, up, upward my effort and happiness goes.
It always amazes me looking at the scale and looking at the number today versus last year (where I was the same weight). And to think where I could be if I hadn't been fighting PCOS and other life things this past year. But to see that I'm on the right track and doing things right, it makes me appreciate this time around the weight loss each week.
Health and Personal Things, this is going to be a daily event
So I decided to make a kale smoothie for breakfast and it tastes mostly like bananas, but that's probably because it's made up mostly of bananas XD. But I used kale, a lot of bananas, some strawberries (probably could have used more, I can barely taste them) and about a cup of Bolthouse Farm's Vanilla Chai. All in all it made about 24oz of smoothie, which I'll probably only drink half of now and the other half later when I'm feeling hungry again.
I'm not entirely sure what to do for exercise today, or honestly if I'm going to do anything beyond just cleaning up the living room and doing laundry. I'd love to take my little super toddler (she has a cape and mask now, she won't take them off) for a walk, but it's negative ten out, so that's out of the question. If I'm feeling really ambitious, I might bring the elliptical back out to the living room and use that while playing Final Fantasy IX. Though, that would be easier if I had a small, collapsible treadmill instead of the huge elliptical that I have >.>
To be honest, I probably won't do much beyond the chores that need to get done today and my food weakness for today is probably going to be a Lindt chocolate bunny. I'm really going to try to keep an eye on what I eat today though, and it's probably going to involve a lot of bananas today. Why bananas? Cause I'm craving them, and they go great with strawberries or peanut butter :3
I am thinking of getting a new pedometer today since my last one decided to die for no reason. Then at least I can set a step goal for the day which will be motivation for moving around more. Anyway, that's about it for today. I've got healthy meals and snacks planned for today, and I remembered to take my vitamins too. So I'll be back with this tomorrow and we'll see if I was successful.
