I don't like on how this is the 3rd time I'm asking for help during this situation, but this is the only way I can do to help.
We have been in some progress since last time, we're currently working on gaining the ability to buy a house throughout the weeks up till now. And so far, we're waiting on a word from them telling on what're we suppose to do next.

This is a post asking for financial help.
I hate to do this, and at this time of year especially, but we are in the shit. Since my offspring moved back home, and because they are over 18, my rent assistance was cut by a third, and the government docking of my disability pension was raised to double. Because they expect my offspring to pick up the slack. Except they are currently unemployed (not for lack of trying) and their own rent assistance has not yet got approved.
This is how much is currently in my bank (numbers in SEK):
If offspring adds all they are getting, that adds 4 100 for a total of 8 578. And we have this much to pay:
That's rent, and two medical bills. Plus autopay for another 120 (my phone), and 300 (cat's insurance), another 100 (renter's association membership fee). Total 9 255. We are 677 SEK short. That's approximately 75USD. That will leave us with no buffer at all, but we'll be safe for now. Luckily, we pay for our food monthly and that's already been paid for, so we won't starve.

so last week on tuesday i went in for a one on one with my boss.
except it wasnt a one on one it was a meeting telling me my position at the company would be made redundant as of last thursday.
they fuckin walked me out of the office like a goddamn criminal too.
officially, i am now unemployed and terrified out of my mind. i did get a redundancy package, so the situation isn't immediately dire, but it has put me on a short time frame to find something new, especially considering the christmas hols coming up.
if im not around much that's why.

Hi friends, here is the deal. Times are really bad for me right now and I have $364 in my bank account. In 2 weeks, due to my part-time job, I should have juuuuuust enough to cover my rent. Credit cards are maxed out. And then there's this medical bill. I had to get an X-Ray this summer, to figure out what was wrong with my intestines, and they told me my insurance would cover it, but my insurance did not cover it.
The bill is $300. A few years ago, I was broke/depressed and needed help getting a psychiatry appointment (didn't have healthcare that time). The symbrock-now-malevolent-Tumblr community came through for me. Thanks to y'all, I was able to get the anti-depressants I needed, and have had more or less stable mental health for 6 years now.
So, I thought I had nothing to lose by reaching out once again. I know that the whole world is bleeding right now, and that most of us are constantly being bombarded with requests for aid. So, no, this is not the biggest crisis on anyone's mind right now. But it is a highly *solvable* one.

***NEARLY HOMELESS AND IN NEED OF URGENT ASSISTANCE***
I know that literally the entire world is on fire and everyone is struggling unless you're one of 3 billionaires on the planet, this is more of a hail-mary than anything.
My partners and I have found ourselves in a situation in which we're three adults with physical and psychological disabilities. The one person other than us that lived with us and provided some support has moved out, and we have to be moved out of our apartment by January 4th, 2025.
On top of that, we're also all QUEER, living in INDIANA. After the most recent election, I don't think I have to tell you what kinds of dangers that factor alone poses.
We are still in the process of fighting for our social security disability, but at this point we don't have a steady and reliable source of income. We've all been doing what we can for nickels and dimes, taking surveys online and earning about $10-$15 a DAY if I'm lucky, while one off my partners has been putting their blood, sweat and tears into commissions every chance that they get, but every day has been a struggle for a couple of months now, which makes it even more difficult to formulate a long-term plan as we're fighting just to survive.
All of that being said, I'm requesting that if you're able to help, even literally $1 makes a difference. If you're not able to help, please reblog this if you can.
