Today we opened for the season, and we also opened our newest art exhibit. "Common Grounds" is art inspired by 100 years of the Migratory Bird Treat Act. So this was fun!! The Ram that Jeremiah and I roll around in has nearly 600k miles on it. Ram trucks found that pretty cool so they came and filmed a commercial! It was FASCINATING to experience what goes into making these short little documentary style videos. We stood around in the cold for take after take of walking up and opening the back of the truck. Then closing it. Then repeating 7 more times. We whacked on shoes, played with fire, chased the minivan full of videographers along a rural road alarmingly fast, we nailed shoes, glued shoes, we interviewed, and filmed a client riding.
