Let's discover the first prospect player in my Scouting project "Finding Zlatan": I begin with a 32 years old german player Fabian Klos, current striker in Arminia Bielefeld. Stats Comparison Based on the assumption of my scouting project, i'm going to consider the last 3 season of Fabian Klos, where he played always with Arminia Bielefeld in 2. Bundesliga in Germany. From 29 to 31 years old Zlatan Ibrahimovic played for AC Milan, in Serie A, and Paris Saint Germain, in Ligue 1. To equalize all the data, i'm going to weight the results for the 2 players based on this multiplier (suggested by Soccer League Ranking 2021 provided by The Kick Algorithms): Italy - Serie A: World Ultimate Class League (Multiplier x1)France - Ligue 1: World Top Class (Multiplier x0,9)Germany - 2. Bundesliga: Middle Inter-Zone Class (Multiplier x0,5) Based on this information all the stats of Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be multiplied by x1 for his season in Serie A and by x0,9 in the two season with Paris Saint Germain. All the Fabian Klos's stats will be multiplied by x0,5 based on the importance of the league where Arminia Bielefeld played in the last three season. New Scouting Project: Finding Zlatan

I’m going to start on WorldFootballScout.com a new scouting in 2020: with a great season closed with an impressive return in AC Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is going to consider to play for another season in Italy with an age of 38 years old but a great condition against any team of italian Serie A. Anyway, as “God” probably will never retire, it’s time to find out a new Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a player that could be similar to him, he could play like him, he could arrive to reach great results in his career as the Swedish striker did in the past. How should I work on this scouting project? I try to find out a new approach: I would like to start from sabermetrics, by looking performances Zlatan Ibrahimovic had in the past in different leagues and with different seniority. I’m going to consider all kind of players, without consider his economic value, his team or his league: if the prospect player could be candidable I’m going to compare him to Zlatan and understand how he could be far from Zlatan Index. What kind of player am I looking for?
