2017 Week 3 Update

Good evening folks! It's time for my weekly update. Some of you may have noticed that I have been quiet on your dashes this week... it's been a rough one. I haven't been good with my eating habits and I haven't been tracking... My head space has been pretty rocky. So I have taken a step back and just been observing all of my Tumblr friends cheering for them and trying to locate my own motivation- which I still haven't really located but I continue searching. On to this week's weigh in update: Current weight: 225.9 Change this week: +1.7 So really just a reflection of the way the week went. I am hoping to turn that around. I am going to try really hard anyway. Positivity is key and I apparently dropped my key🗝- so I am looking everywhere for it.
