We meet a lot of temporary people in our life. We are never sure who's staying and who's going away. Sometimes being so attached to a person is easy but difficult when you have to let them go. And of all the people we meet, we are sometimes confused if one of them is meant for something more. Sometimes memories happen and memories go away. . Perhaps at one point in life, we'll meet that one friend who's going to make a difference. Someone who understands our tears rather than only see our smile. Destiny is only coincidence. Fate is just a story. But what brings us to people is our openess, our acceptance that people leave and people go and our value for the people who stay. You can't expect people to do same things you'd do for them. They are not as strong as you are and they are not as weak as you are. Sometimes your sacrifices are only worth for a moment if you think about getting something in return. But if you sacrifice unconditionally, it won't matter if you get nothing in return, it's definitely worth something. . You can't expect people to feel the same way you do. And you can't beg the feelings you want from them. Sometimes all you need to do is wait, or perhaps move on. You can't expect it but undeniably most of the times you hope. When even reality tells you it's hopeless you still chose to wait. You yourself doesn't even know why. . To wait for something you dream of. Sometimes getting you to the moment of giving up. But giving up is just too shallow for something you really want. Giving up is too shallow to satisfy yourself of moving on. Sometimes, for you to be satisfied, you have to fight for it. And if you get it or not, at least you tried something than nothing. . It's easy to walk away but it's hard when you look back. There are moments when all we need is a little more patience and hope. They say it's hard to wait around for something you know might never happen. Pry-mary

Okay, I tried to make the title really catchy. I don’t know if I succeeded. Haha. I can’t think of a decent one. 

Well, it’s actually related to this style post because recently, I had the opportunity to “pry” on Straightforward clothing’s business ( Don’t judge, in a good way of course haha) as what I mentioned in my previous post. I hope I got to help them about their new products in the opinion and insights I contributed! 

I’ve been eyeing to score some good stuff from Straightforward because they really caught my attention as I want to invest in something that I can mix and match with different styles. Good thing, I was given a token from the fashion group discussion. Haha. Thanks, Straightforward!

It was my first time to go to Valenzuela People’s Park. If you don’t know our city, Google it. Haha. I remembered when I was in my first year in college that a classmate asked me “May kuryente ba doon?”. I was kinda offended that time and back in my mind I was thinking “Hello, mas mukha ka pa ngang probinsyano sa akin eh.” Haha ang sama ko before. =)) Oh, and to answer the question, of course we do have electricity.

// Navy Blue Premium Fleece Hoodie // I just love the finish of the hoodie! I can easily match it with anything. The fabric is really comfortable that I felt like I was lying in my bed while working one time when I wore it in the office. Haha. Definitely a must-have specially this coming rainy season!

// White-based-Charcoal-sleeves Baseball shirt // Always a fan of baseball shirts but what’s different about Straightforward baseball shirt is that the quality is really on point. It seems that the fabric is hugging your body because of how soft the texture is. The grainy detail of the sleeves gave the shirt more edge but maintaining its basic nature.

// Chambray with Navy Blue Drawstrings Tailored Shorts // I was never a sucker for shorts with normal width because I feel that my “chicken legs” are more emphasized but Straightforward’s tailored shorts is an exception. I just love wearing the shorts even though it kinda looked big and that’s because of the cozy feeling it gave me. I can wear these shorts everyday!

// Portland boat shoes from American Eagle Classics PH // I can’t remember how long I have this buddy with me. I can’t imagine seeing him go because he has been my trusted pal for a long time and I can pair him up with any get-up.
