Talking to the Dead (Fiona Griffiths #1) by Harry Bingham

While this wasn't my favorite detective novel, I enjoyed it well enough. The setting of Wales was new and different for me, and compelling enough for me to want to read more of Fiona's stories. I've heard they get better as the series continues, so that's another reason I'll be reading at least the second book in the series.
