“Oh, Fleur.”

Good thing that at least everything is settled down when Asuha met her at Chiba train station. Chiba city went back to its temporary peace until who knows when. “I thought you were someone else before.”

Still, Asuha wondered why she’s here. This wasn’t a safe place for her--at least if she wasn’t a combat student. True that for now the city is safe, but no one knows when will the next ambush comes.

“So what flavor do you want? I’ll pay don’t worry. And you can get as many scoops as you want” he says with a smile. Miyuki had decided to treat Fleur to some ice cream this sunny afternoon. “However, if you’re going to have to pay for your toppings and sprinkles” he teases with a smirk.

Fleur glares at him as he laughs. 

“I’m only kidding. I got this” he says with a wide smile. “What kind of gentleman would I be if I let you pay for your own ice cream?” he asks rhetorically. 

He smiles at her once more before opening the door to the ice cream parlor. Thankfully there wasn’t a line so once they entered they went straight to the front to order. 

“I want a mint chocolate chip and give her whatever she wants” he says with a smile.

Once there orders were given back to them and Miyuki had paid they walked out the parlor. “You can eat ice cream while you walk right?” he asks with a smirk.

“Of course I can!” Fleur says defiantly. 

Miyuki chuckles as he begins walking down the street. Fleur following closely beside him. 

It was quite hilarious to watch Fleur have to slow down and stop just to lick and enjoy her ice cream, Miyuki would just crack up in laughter. 

“It’s not funny! This is quite hard. I dont want any of it to drip on me!”

“It’s not that hard. Just watch and learn” Miyuki states before smoothly walking and enjoy his ice cream at the same time. However, just as he was about to enjoy another lick someone accidentally bumps into causing his ice cream to smear all over his face.

This time Fleur bursts into fits of laugher. At first Miyuki is in shock but soon after he too cracks up in laughter. “okay maybe it is hard” he jokes.
