To be successful on this journey to become elite  NUTRITION o Planning ahead of time  Sunday & Thursday – cook/prep food  Every evening – planning meals for night before. Prep 3 meals for next day o Track food o Drink 80+ oz of water each day o Opt to eat less on days you know you won’t be fully in control of food. o Check in on avatar nutrition no matter what your week was like. o Track body fat with caliper each week. o Track weight each day. No matter what you did the day before. o Hold yourself accountable. This is not easy.  TRAINING/RECOVERY o Working day training window – 630a -> 930a. Work 1015a to 715p. Bed by 9-930. Wake at 5a. o Mental Prep before each session. Set goals. o Keep detailed log each session. o Constantly aware of rest periods. Stay focused. o Technique first o Chiropractic twice a month. o Massage twice a month. o Stretch, stem, therapy ball 3-4 days a week. o Block out 7-8 hours of sleep each night. o Sauna weekly. o Each session 3 hours. o All this comes second to God and first before everything else. Including your boyfriend.
THIS IS NOT EASY. TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. ONLY WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOU DO. MENTAL TOUGHNESS. YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST.
