I’m incredibly lucky to have fabulous running friends and training partners. Although I tend to run alone with N dog the majority of the time, it’s so great to have people to debrief with and analyze progress with. Honestly-if you don’t have someone-get one, it helps.
I have one training partner and friend in particular who is a legend in his own right. Countless marathons and ultras under his belt including a 100 miler, he knows his shit-big time and I’m lucky enough to have him behind me every step of the way. I’ve been trying to co ordinate life and long runs for the next few weeks and between us we’ve come up with a plan!
I love plans, I’m a freak for plans. I love analyzing, creating, modifying and ticking off each workout as it’s completed. Anyone who wants to talk plans-I’m your girl ;)
