KEIKO LIVE in the DARK -First Letter- K022~K023
Following the success of Keiko’s Planetarium Lives back in July and October of 2024, it has been decided that she will be holding her 3rd Planetarium Live titled 『KEIKO LIVE in the DARK -First Letter- K022〜K023』 this September! The show will be held at Konica Minolta Planetarium Tenku which is located at Tokyo Skytree.
As the event title suggests, this live will be a unique performance in which the audience can enjoy live music in complete darkness while watching a planetarium projection. Keiko will once again be accompanied by her guitarist Yas Nakajima to allow for a very simple arrangement that will highlight Keiko’s singing and the beautiful starry sky. ※Please take into account that the venue is very dark so there will be many instances in which the audience will not be able to see the stage/artist.

Waaahhh, I was hoping she would announce another Planetarium Live for this year! These are exciting news! Wonder if I should go...? It's a bit short-notice for me since September isn't too far away. Will have to look into my flight and accommodation options. It's gonna be expensive for sure. I really wouldn't wanna miss this though. I think Keiko will be releasing her new music very soon so I wonder if the release events and such will be close to that date. That would be perfect timing. Although I feel like the release will be in August. Keiko mentioned on Yodel that the next issue of her fan club magazine will contain self-liner notes for her new songs and based on last year's schedule, I would assume that the next issue will be shipped out in early August.
Kalafina Get-Togethers
On a side note, I wonder if Wakana, Keiko and Hikaru are working on something Kalafina-related right now...? From what I can tell, they have met at least three times in the past few weeks. Once at the end of May to presumably watch the live broadcast of their Anniversary concert together. Then again on June 9th after Hikaru had come back from her first tour live in Toyama. Keiko posted some souvenirs she had received from Hikaru on Instagram. On Yodel, she revealed that she had spent time with both Wakana and Hikaru (bless Keiko for always spoiling us with precious Kalafina tidbits).
There was another get-together after Hikaru's Kumamoto concert. They met on Wednesday where Keiko yet again posted some souvenirs on Instagram. This time, Keiko didn't really give any hints on Yodel but in this case, it wasn't even necessary because both Hikaru and Keiko revealed more than enough in their respective Instagram Stories. Both of them shared a picture of cherries with three smiley faces drawn on them and a Kalafina song in the background (heavenly blue + misterioso). I don't think I am reading too much into this when I am saying that the three of them were definitely together that day. Wouldn't be surprised if at one point, the cherries re-appear in one of Wakana's posts.
