especially nolan fans, you guys........ you guys HE DID US RIGHT, he gave us all the things, i’m still shaking from this experience

and sure tom and cillian may be “part of an ensemble” but holy shit you will never forget them, you will walk out of the theater and they will haunt you 5ever, they were given such powerful, meaty roles

also honestly if hoyte is gonna shoot bond 25 next, then y’all know he’s gonna be the only one on that set enjoying an 8-month, 4-country action movie shoot compared to what he experienced on dunkirk in 2 months. bond 25 is gonna be a VACATION FOR HOYTE

you don’t get those shots and those sounds unless you ARE ACTUALLY IN IT YOURSELF. you all know how nolan hates CGI, so in the two shots he uses it, it’s so obvious omg i kinda wanted to laugh... he’s spoiled us so much so we’re like LOL IS THAT A SUPERIMPOSED IMAGE? I PAID MONEY FOR THIS MOVIE

First reactions

Yesterday, I walked into my morning class (well before eight am- not by choice) to a flurry of excitement from friends and classmates enthused by this project. “I always wanted to do something like this!” was the most heard comment. Which makes me wonder, why are women (and men) expected to wait until (if) they reach the designated mile marker of marriage to celebrate themselves? 

Why has social pressure nudged all of us in the traditional direction of planning and PInterest-ing and placing a great emphasis on our wedding day?

In other news, Vistaprint has some awesome prices on save the date magnets and I had to reorder because I ran out. Although something seems sort of asinine about giving everyone a picture of my face to stick to their fridge. What happens when they get tired of looking at me? Are these things recyclable? Either all my friends and family will be guilt tripped into keeping my magnets forever or my face will grace the metal surfaces of waste dumps all over the country.
