I've Got Your Back |firsttimeinforevxr|
Anna crept into the family home, pulling her jacket tightly around the slightly revealing dress, high heels held in one hand and a bag in the other. Her lipstick was slightly smeared, but she didn’t know that, all she knew was that the boy who had been hitting on her at the club was a rubbish kisser. Honestly, was there really a need for that much saliva?
As figure slumped on the stairs made her squeal, terrified she had been caught by her nosy parents- but no, from the dim light of her phone Anna could make out Elsa’s distinct hair, and her chest rising and falling with heavy breaths that only meant she could be fast asleep. How Elsa had even known Anna had snuck out was beyond her.
Instantly Anna’s face softened, and she smiled. Gently placing a hand on Elsa’s shoulder, she shook it slightly. “Elsa,” the younger sister whispered, ever so quietly. “Come on, time for you to go back to bed. I’m home now, it’s alright.”
The girl hadn't been as discreet as she thought herself to be. That, or Elsa knew her sister entirely too well. As soon as the shifting sounded and was no longer heard, the platinum blonde slipped out from under her large blankets and crept down the hall, wincing with almost every step. Finally reaching her sibling's room, she quietly opened the door and peered in, finding exactly what she was expecting: Nothing.
With a sigh, she made her way over to the stairs and walked down to the bottom where she curled up and leaned her head against the wall. Without realizing it, her eye lids fell closed and she slipped into oblivion, completely embraced by darkness.
It was the soothing voice that she lived with most of her life that awakened her, eyelids fluttering open and peering up with light blue eyes at the red headed girl above her. "A-Anna..." Sleep still plagued the woman, head nodding off every now and then. After several more seconds, she rubbed the sleep remnants from her eyes. "Are you crazy? Do you have any idea as to how much trouble you could've gotten yourself in?" Leave it to Elsa to be the most concerned.
