#FirstWorldWriterProblems When you have two versions of a story that both have great aspects and you need to blend them together somehow. #writingcommunity #writersfollowwriters #writerslife
The worst part about doing any sort of story or comic around a particular event is that you never want to actually come up with the parts that get us there. You just wanna do the fun part, damnit!
...This scene is too damned cute. I wish I could draw these characters well enough to get out exactly how this looks in my head.
Alright, so I’ve been thinking about how to make a current project more exciting, then this bombshell appears on my dashboard.
What have I been doing with my story? My main character’s in a forest for christ’s sake! Bring on the trees!
Credit to Malverro on the awesome artwork, btdubs. There’s some pretty cool artwork on their deviantart page.

Whenever I share with people all the ideas I have as a writer, about 90% of the time their reply is: "YOU BETTER NOT FORGET ME WHEN YOU'RE RICH & FAMOUS! AHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAAAAA AM I RITE!!!" Like... that's not my goal. I just wanna tell stories, bro! So it's always kinda irritated me. And I know they're kidding. Maybe. But I feel like it's such a tired thing to say. I dunno, I probably sound all like a self-entitled artist. Anyways.
