A trip to the park, after a store run -

The day is still bright but the wind is kind of chilly today. I wanted some ‘outside’ time before tomorrow’s rain gets here.

I did one trip around the two ponds today.

We still have geese and ducks hanging around, enjoying the autumn sunshine.

This is a look into the wooded area that is roughly at the top, far right of the top pic, but away from the pond.

Coming back around, this was about as close as I could get before the geese start getting nervous. I was actually about 50 feet away. You can get closer in the spring when mom and the goslings are up on the grass, and you bring treats. 😋 I have hand fed them grapes that are cut in half before. That was an awesome experience.

It’s a good Monday so far. 👍
