Fourth Friday of Lent Fish Dinner — Easy Fish Tacos

These are so simple. Just take a few fillets of white fish and spray both sides with oil. Sprinkle with a fish rub/seafood seasoning and broil on each side for about five minutes. Take out of the oven and flake the fillets.

Serve with flour or corn tortillas and your choice of condiments. I use a little guacamole, a dill sauce made with sour cream and mayo, cilantro, and finely shredded cabbage.
