       Covering a scarred eye, Kakashi couldn’t feel any recovery on the horizon and being forced so far in a battle against two Akatsuki members had rendered the copy-nin exhausted. Stopping dead in his tracks despite his condition there was no other instinct than to face whatever --or whoever was giving off such a foul Chakra.       “You might want to consider a better spying spot than the forestry” cocking a brow, the silvered shinobi had taken in that Kisame could of possibly only returned to finish him, as being an obstacle in their search for the Kyuubi.         “Hm, seems your history of comrade killing hasn’t gone amiss,     or is your ego so shattered that you felt somehow returning would fix that?”

By this point, Kakuzu is absolutely miserable. It started out as uncomfortable squirming in his chest cavity and has steadily progressed into 4 very unsynchronised and roughshod wandering thumps (aside from his own weakening one). They’re swelling in his chest cavity, pressing into his lungs, scrambling his insides and keeping his circulation from effectively reaching his heart. He can’t breathe, he can’t eat, he can’t sleep and he’s really fucking Done. 

His new friend that knew the old-him insists that letting them out to form will help, and something about losing an arm. He can’t quite think straight, but he’d let him chop off his head at this point. As hard as it is to move, he drags himself up and lets Kisame know that he’s buying something sharp and they’re doing this now.

Buying the sword is harder, because he looks like a medical emergency waiting to happen, but he pulls himself together and offers enough coin that they don’t ask any questions. He’ll deal with the consequences when he’s either better or dead. Those are the only options he can really imagine and at this point both of them are tempting as hell.

With his heavy sharp thing he makes his way to the training grounds that are usually empty near the end of the day. It’s gonna take him awhile, but he will get there.

Interview || @fishbaited➏ What’s the one thing you especially love about roleplaying your muse?

;;  Sakura's flight-or-fight instinct is pretty much set to fight. She’s not someone that will take anything lying down and she’ll stand her ground against characters that could easily smash her to dust. It’s wonderful. 

First, she’s resourceful and strong enough on her own to get out of terrible situations for the most part, so delving into her survival mentality during those moments is interesting. Second, it’s just so much fun to watch her go toe-to-toe with someone (Sasori, for example) when she’s internally scared shitless and wanting nothing more than to cower and run. Normally, she’s strong and composed, but watching her remain so while an emotional and mental mess is something I’ll never tire of.
