Insanity Fit Test 3 results
Switch Kicks: 77 from 57 Power Jacks: 50 from 40 Power Knees: 112 from 100 Power Jumps: 50 from 35 Globe Jumps: 9 from 8 Suicide Jumps: 19 from 17 Push-Up Jacks: 32 from 23 Low Plank Obliques: 30 from 23 Sweat: A lil Wow, pretty good improvements after 1 month of this insanity. I realized that I'm starting to sweat less and this fit test is becoming the easiest work out of the whole series. I'm going into the second month and I just saw a preview of the videos and then it dawned upon me that this is when the real Insanity starts. No wonder they all have abs. Eeps.
Insanity Fit Test 2 results
Switch Kicks: 57 from 55 Power Jacks: 40 from 35 Power Knees: 100 from 74 Power Jumps: 35 from 25 Globe Jumps: 8 from 5 Suicide Jumps: 17 from 10 Push-Up Jacks: 23 from 12 Low Plank Obliques: 23 from 20 Sweat: enough. I see improvement in just 2 weeks! The fit test nearly killed me the last round, now I find it the easiest workout in Insanity :x Yeah this program makes me feel like an athlete.

Switch Kicks: 55 Power Jacks: 35 Power Knees: 74 Power Jumps: 25 Globe Jumps: 5 Suicide Jumps: 10 Push-Up Jacks: 12 Low Plank Obliques: 20 Sweat: 1 large puddle The instructors in the video were doing more than twice of what I did. *Facepalm* The fit test nearly killed me, I'm kinda fearful of the actual program.
48 and 49
Day 48: Max Cardio Conditioning began with a serious side stitch which lasted through out the warm-up. I'm glad that it didn't hurt so much as the workout progressed. I skipped the cool down stretch and went straight into the next video- Cardio Abs. Not sure if that's the smartest thing to do but I use less time (which I kinda need).
Day 49: Today was supposed to be my Rest Day but I did Core Balance instead because I did not do any workout on Sunday. In a way, no Rest Day for me from Monday to next Wednesday. I don't like this shifts in schedule. It's annoying. Sometimes just got to be flexible. And tomorrow's another FIT TEST! I am so not ready.
Month TWO!!!
First Day of month Two.
Began with Fit Test Numero Trois and results weren't as great as my second fit test. No major improvement seen :(. In fact, I got lower reps for my Power Jacks (-1) and Low Plank Oblique (-5). Oh wells, I've my fourth Fit Test to improve.
Took a short break before doing Max Interval Circuit (MIC) coz I know it'll be crazy. My head felt light at the end of my fit test so the break was for my own good.
Month Two really makes Month One look like a piece of cake. SERIOUS! It's where Insanity got its name. For MIC, workout is almost 60 minutes long and the reps are just out of this world. I'm glad I survived, albeit with LOTS of break (drank 1litre of water during the workout itself and I needed more after). Alhamdulillah!
During the warm-up, there's a rep called S-S Floor hop. What you gotta do is to be in a high plank position while lifting both your legs side to side (I'm bad at describing, not sure if you'd get the picture). Anyhow, it reminds me of last Sunday when I played Simon Says (more like Shaun T. says) with my 3 1/2 year old niece. We were doing all these ski jumps, frog jumps, switch feet etc when my niece got on the floor and told me to do a 'flip' (but she did something like the S-S Floor Hop) and I told her that I can't do what she did. Then, today I had to do the floor hop and I surprised myself that I can do it! It's actually easier than it it looks.
Looking forward to more of Month Two. Right now the only thing that hurts is my wrist (too much push-up/plank sort of reps or maybe my form isn't right).

God, I feel nauseous.
Not gonna post my results yet until I'm done with Fit Test 2.
Basically I tried to get my form right which counts for the really low reps on each workout.

Something happened to my track pants while doing the Power Jacks. -.-
so I did not continue my pre-fit-test-fit-test.
but, HEY! about 10 mins into the workout and I sweat like I've been running a 5k (some exaggeration here).
and the muscles above my knees already ache. just shows how intense Insanity is.
