Every morning I start the day with a bullet coffee. High fat, gives me energy to burn at the gym. On gym days I’ll also have a couple tablespoons of oat meal with a table spoon of hemp seed, and a teaspoon of chia. Getting some carbs to get me through the kickass workout. #fitafter55 #fitCEO
