From my trip to Southeast Africa this October. I had the opportunity to study sustainable agriculture for two weeks in Malawi and Mozambique. Hands down a completely life changing experience. It really makes you realize how much we have that the rest of the undeveloped world doesn't. Soo this is me - 7 months of progression. All while traveling and living abroad. There is nothing more rewarding than the feeling of hard work and perseverance... and the addiction of success. I cant wait to see how much farther I can go :)

TRAVELING AND SNACKS :)

So I'm about to set out on a four hour road trip with my girls aaannnnd I had to prepare a lot of snacks. I'm always hungry. So what is a swolette to do? (Yes, I just said that.)

WELL I've got my green tea, my protein bars, roasted chickpeas, fruit, a banana/peanut butter sandwich, and dried pineapple. All great snack ideas for when you're on a long roadtrip.

And where am I going, do you ask?

MUNICH GERMANY FOR OKTOBERFEST! This weekend will not be strict for me - I want to drink beer, I want to eat German food. I eat clean and stick to my macros the whole week, so when I'm traveling and want to experience the culture and have a good time with my friends then I'm going to! If you can't enjoy yourself once in awhile then this lifestyle can be really, really hard to sustain. So enjoy yourselves this weekend people - I will be surrounded by drunk singing dancing Germans drinking ungodly amounts of beer. And I cannot wait.
