One of the hardest moves that I’ve still yet to master is the dreaded tricep push-up. Partly because my triceps are in knots currently but also because I have limited range of motion. I wanted to show another way of modifying until you build more strength. I feel this a hundred times more than doing against the wall. The key is using your triceps to lift you, not your back.
