One year since I started looking into the fitness and nutrition industry seriously and with a lot of help from @fitformuladance, I can honestly say I’ve learnt so much and I’m so much healthier and happier. I’m less tired and stressed. I don’t crave as many sweet things (despite my naturally massive sweet tooth) and I eat a much bigger variety than ever before. If it’s not something you have ever looked into before then it’s definitely worth it. Knowledge is power as they say!
