May fitness challenge - day 19 I was thinking I could do a bit of trails today after the ice-cream yesterday and I did run for 5 km and then followed a fitness blender video for muffin top - only to end up eating fries at midnight after seeing Deadpool 2 at cinema 🙈🙈 Seriously, this week has been a slight disaster nutrition-wise and I have no idea when our whisky-and-ginger-ale dates turned into eating-junk-food-at-midnight dates.. I need to work on my willpower again.. Can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow and meal prep for the week ahead 🤗 @rachelfatpants
