I really don't like calling out people BUT this form needs an explanation and correction. Developing the glutes takes knowledge and form and intensity. This has neither. Twisting the pelvis in this manner will never develop the muscles you are targeting and WILL bring pain to the lumber-sacral region. And avoiding lower back pain with good form is ALWAYS A PRIORITY. SO please try to avoid injuring clients. #fitnessdonebetter The form should keep the pelvis in neutral without any leaning to the side with the leg kicked back to engage the gluteus Maximus and the hamstrings. Out to the side like that will eliminate the semi's and focus solely on the biceps femoris causing muscle imbalance and never allow the gluteus Maximus to fully contract as the gluteus minimus and gluteus medius will contract and inhibit further contraction of the gluteus Maximus.
