Delt workout!

1. Seated DB press 10 reps x 3-4 sets 2. Cable Front raises (single arm w/ handle or both w/ straight bar) 10 reps x 3-4 sets 3. DB lateral raises 10 reps x 3-4 sets 4. Rear delt flys (on machine) 10 reps x 3-4 sets 5. Incline push-ups (feet on bench) 10 reps x 3-4 sets This is a great day to do some HIIT for cardio also! Interval sprints on the treadmill are always a great choice! Mins 1-5: warm up with brisk walk Mins 5-25: Sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 1-1/2 mins and repeat Mins 25-30: cool down with light walk Train safe! Enjoy!!!

1. Barbell squats 10-12 reps x 3 sets 2. Walking DB Lunges 10-12 reps x 3 sets 3. Lying hamstring curls 10-12 reps x 3 sets 4. Cable kickbacks 10-12 reps x 3 sets 5. Leg extensions 10-12 reps x 3 sets 6. Seated Calf raises 10-12 reps x 3 sets Light cardio for 20-30 mins to follow! Enjoy! :)
