Who's up for a FREE fitness challenge in #FitOctober (which starts tomorrow)? Here ya go. It's very simple and starts tomorrow. 1. Workout 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week 2. No fast food - cook your own healthy meals and snacks and eat just that daily 3. No candy, brownies, cakes, cookies or sugary drinks such as soda, juice or alcohol 4. Drink a least 74 oz of water a day 5. Get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night 6 Aim to eat at least 1 salad a day (no white dressing just clear dressings (2 TB) and no yellow cheese 7. Pay someone a genuine compliment daily 8. Speak positive words to yourself during your journey 9. Take starting photos (front, side and back) on October 1 10. Take ending photos (front, side and back in the same clothes as your starting photos) on October 31 and share how many inches you lost from your waist and hips 11.
