Haven’t posted anything in a while, but I’m still going at it of course!

1/8/18 - Week 2
Last Weigh In: 163.4 lbs
Today’s Weigh In: 161.6 lbs
Weight Lost: 1.8 lbs
So, I am very happy with my first week. I went to the gym 3 times and I followed a strict no dairy, 1200 calorie diet. I’m proud of myself.
Of course, I wanted to lose at least 2 lbs but 1.8 aint so bad :P
Also, I know I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday but I do just to see how much my weight fluctuates. This picture is a graph of that weight fluctuation this past week. I think I will be posting one every week for my weigh in post. The starting weight should be on 163.4 but I think it is only counting from 1/2/18 to 1/8/18.
