1 note = 1 push-up, crunch, or leg lift! I’d like to be buff as heck for the next anime convention so I can pull off the Dio look XD I’ll try to keep the number of each excercise even 👍
Oh wow, I’m even more out of shape than I thought. I decided it was time to start some kind of home exercises since the sedentation of the last year has resulted in my pants not fitting anymore, and I’m aching after just doing a few sets of wall presses.
It’ll be weeks before I’m up to doing full sets of push-ups.
Well, gotta start somewhere. I’ll get back to my previous levels eventually.
Started a workout challenge yesterday. Day two done and over with. My muscles are super achey today but I pushed though today's workout anyway. It's silly because it was only 55 squats, 5 push-ups, and 30 leg lifts but coming from someone who hasn't workout out in a while and I am super obese that is quite the accomplishment. Don't get me wrong. I broke it up throughout the day, no way I could have done it all at once. I chalk it up a win because, fuck it, I finished!
