Fitsummer30 10 day countdown!
I took a 5 day break after level 2 because the logistics of working out away from home was too hard and I wanted to eat cake and drink alcohol. Technically I ran a little, but I don't think playing catch or chasing dogs and babies counts, and that high ropes course we did had enough traffic that we got to pause too often to consider it a workout.
Anyway. I'm back, baby. The first 20 days have caused near universal "You look great, what are you doing?" comments, which is all I really need in life, but I'd like to be an easier size to buy clothes for. I started this baby journey a 6 and that's never going to happen again. I'm rocking a 10-12 now but would like to get down to an 8-10. So far I've lost multiple inches off waist and bust, but I think my hips are going to be 39" forever now. I've also noticed improvements in my general mood, digestion, and energy level.
Bonus routine- when I'm not eating cake, I am maintaining a 95% vegetarian diet. I started a new vitamin/digestion/essential fatty acid protocol called the life long vitality package by doTerra, and I've added an extra 3/4 of a liter of water to my previous goal of 3 liters. I've severely limited my sugar intake. I'm using dates, beets, and sweet potatoes as my primary sugar sources.
Vices: Never going to give up coffee, nope nope nope. But I have been skipping every third day unintentionally
Level 3 is tough, man. It's not available on youtube as I previously thought, but you can get it off amazon (watch instantly) for the same price. I think mountain climbers are the new bane of my existence. Every level has had a great balance of things I could do and things I had to modify and work up to. This is a great workout, and I think I can squeeze 20 minutes in every day no matter how much I don't want to.
After this last 10 days are over, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I'd like to repeat the series ad infinitum, but I prefer to do yoga and my knee prefers it too. Stay tuned for the less than exciting but critical to my success adventures in fitness!
