how do you “fix” a personality disorder? how am i supposed to sift through the insanity that is so deeply rooted into me that they call it my personality? how am i supposed to know how to sift through true and false narratives that i tell myself, that my sickness tells me, when it all seems true to me, when i believe it so whole heartedly, even if i don’t want it to be true.
