Day One: Mistletoe
Marvin sipped at his tea, Emily and Anti were laughing and poking each other as they decorated the tree. “Daddy! Where’s the angel?” Emily calls frowning as she searched through the boxes. “Ah give me a moment.” Marvin says setting his tea down. “I got us a new one.” Marvin says the previous angel had been a gift from Hannah’s parents, it hurt to see it. He pulled out a brown paper bag he handed it to Emily with a warning of be careful. She slowly took it out and gasped. “It’s beautiful daddy!” Emily says with a huge grin. Marvin picked her up and she placed it at the top. “You two did such a beautiful job.” Marvin smiles looking over at Anti. “Hey Marv? Did you know that there’s mistletoe on that angel?” Anti asks him tilting his head. Marvin looked closer and chuckled. “So there is.” Marvin leaned over and kissed Anti gently before he and Anti kissed Emily’s cheeks.
