I love being a girl

thank you to the older girls in high school who took me out on friendship dates to show me how guys should treat me! who drove me places and bought me makeup because my parents wouldn’t! who tolerated me at dances/events because I would cry out of anxiety! I love you so much Zoe and Kenzie! and while I’m thinking about high school, I’ve never met anyone else (besides people at my old school) who did flag corps/color guard? I learned sooo much, made so many friends, and got to skip PE so I 10/10 recommend!!! 🚩

 I may be a brassy marching band dork BUT, You can’t enjoy marching band if you don’t appreciate the colorguard and all the brilliantly breathtaking, stunningly precise, and often GREATLY underappreciated things they do to make the show a spectacle that leaves you wanting more. Thank your colorguard. They deserve the love.
