I know June is almost over but I’m starting my Pride Month series! I thought it would be fun to draw a bunch of my OCs from different universes that share the same pride flag :) For each one I’m gonna put a bit of info about them under the cut so you can get acquainted if you want!

First up is Jamie (left) and Lock (right), who both identify as nonbinary and both use they/them pronouns :) 

👊JAMIE MCANDREW (left) - an aspiring young hero at UA. Their superpower allows them to produce powerful shockwaves by popping their joints but this also leaves them with chronic pain. They've got a short temper and no time for assholes but are ride or die for their friends and will always step up for them. One of their main dreams is to become the first openly LGBT pro hero to hit the top 10 in their country. Also identifies as aromantic. ⚔️LOCK WANDERFOOT (right) - an errant knight who travels the magical kingdom of Realm with their adventuring companions. With a strong sense of justice and almost no self control, they often throw themselves into situations headfirst and often need help getting out. They love to travel and meet new people, and will try pretty much anything once. Their main quest is to recover their missing memories, as they woke up in a ditch one day in full armour and can't remember the past six years of their life. Also identifies as aroace.

Like anyone who didn't read through my whole carrd or is a newer follower or doesn't know a single thing about KnᎥght RᎥder could see me talking about him and not think anything of it bc he's treated largely like just another character. But he is in fact very much a computerized 1982 pontiac trans am. That is something that I think I gloss over more than I maybe should. He is quite literally a talking car.

#2 of my Flag Friends series! This time it’s the lesbian flag, wielded by Etney and Mika :) more info about both under the cut and check the tag #flag friends for the whole series!

ETNEY BRONZETOOTH (she/her, left) - a dragonborn ranger from my first D&D campaign. She’s got a long and tragic backstory and she’s currently searching for the cure for a curse to heal a family friend, while also trying to help save the world on the side. She’s resourceful, practical and no-nonsense but can drink anyone else under the table. Her best friends are her talking wolf companion Max and an elf fighter called Theryn.

MIKA HAZUMU (she/her, right) - a trainee hero at UA with Kaito and co. Her quirk Rubberize allows her to turn her bones to rubber, meaning she can hit things at full force without worrying about breaking anything. She’s reckless, impatient and kinda dumb, but extremely hard-working and supportive of her friends. She’s also a hopeless romantic and has had a crush on almost all the girls in her class at some point or another.

??? ‘FIKE’ TEVROS (he/him, left) - the main muscle in my alien-smashing space opera. Not his real name. Special Forces deserter turned relentless alien bounty hunter turned Special Forces officer (again). Lost his arm and most of his lower jaw in an alien attack when he was 16 and has been hellbent on revenge ever since. Has a sever speech impediment due to the poorly fitted jaw prosthetic so rarely speaks multiple syllables and uses sign language intermittently. Gruff, stoic and stubborn, he’s pretty unapproachable but underneath it all there’s a surprisingly gentle giant with a tragic backstory.

CASSIOPEIA ‘CASS’ GREENFINCH (she/her, right) - a member of Lock’s adventuring party and one of their oldest friends. Formerly a captain of the castle guard, she’s especially skilled at horseriding and archery. Passionate and headstrong, her own personal idea of justice is sometimes at odds with others and she’s not above stealing if she can justify it. Due to an incident that cost her her mother as a child, she hates magic (especially fey magic) and refuses to have anything to do with it, despite innate spellcasting being in her blood.
