Ingredients: 1 box of your favorite cake mix. 1/2 cup of frosting. 1 package of candy coating white. Food coloring red and blue. Cake pop sticks. Assorted sprinkles.
Instructions: Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined. Shape the cake mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Melt the candy coating as per the package instructions. Divide the melted coating into three bowls. Dye one bowl of coating red and another blue using food coloring. Leave the third bowl white. Dip the cake pop sticks into the white coating and insert them into the cake balls. Dip each cake ball into the colored coatings, creating a pattern resembling a flag.
