       There's a really damn good reason why Jack avoids crowds like they're a plague of the foulest kind, and it just walked right through him.

                               This was one of his bad days.

       He'd spent minutes upon what felt like hours of shouting, yelling for someone to notice him as they all ran past -- or in some cases through him -- on their way to take cover from the frigid weather inside the warmth of their homes. Even the kids, who typically jumped at the chance to play in the snow, were talking shelter in warmer temperatures.

                                           "Come on! Its jus--! Wh--!                                                    Come on, it isn't even that cold!"

       But there came a point where his throat felt raw and he couldn't shout anymore. His chest heaved several times in huffed, angry breaths, before it finally fell into a defeated, heavy sigh. Yeah. This just really wasn't a good day for the winter spirit. With a final huff, kicking at nothing while he swung his staff purposelessly, Jack eventually gave up and started for the other side of the street. Not like he could make them see.
